About the Role
Reporting directly to the Corporate Office Head of Sales, you will take up an active selling role, with a strong emphasis on acquiring new business and shifting market share. You will lead a team of talented sales by educating, coaching and empowering throughout the employment lifecycle. You will forge relationships and build rapport by leveraging external and internal relationships to elevate market share and brand awareness. You will effectively channel your knowledge of the competitive landscape through market data analysis, and to develop sales strategies to achieve optimal revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in hospitality, business management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 8 years' sales experience in a 5 star luxury hotel
- Ambitious, passionate, result-driven and creative
- Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of success in hospitality sales
- Proficient in English and Chinese is a prerequisite for this role
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Director of Sales
