About our client
Our client is a renowned multinational trading company with a solid foundation in their specialized market, and they are currently looking for an IT Specialist to take care their HK & PRC office.
About the role
- Performing L1/2 helpdesk support to internal office users in a timely and effective manner
- Responsible for the day-to-day administration and operation of the internal IT infrastructure, including applications, on-prem/cloud-based system, network and security solutions, etc.
- Handling IT projects with vendors and business stakeholders, such as office relocation, system implementation/upgrade/deployment/migration, etc.
- Work closely with the HQ IT team on project delivery and daily IT operation
- Conducting IT administration tasks, such as user training, SOP drafting, inventory control, etc.
Requirements
- High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in performing technical support and infrastructure administration duties, with experience in supporting both HK & PCR offices is a plus
- Familiar with mainstream system technologies, such as O365/M365, AD servers, email servers, Windows/Linux servers, etc.
- Experience in troubleshooting and supporting network technologies, such as firewalls, VPN, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.
- With project experience in ERP deployment and roll-out experience (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle, Yonyou) is a plus
- Good communication skills with a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Occasional business travel is required
