About our client
Our client is a reputable firm providing professional service, and they are looking for an experienced Assistant IT Manager in User Support Service Delivery to join their user support team
About the role
- Providing daily technical support and handling requests from end-users in a timely manner
- Setting up and maintaining office IT equipment to secure daily operation
- Providing first-tier network support
- Setting up and maintaining computer/telephone/conference-meeting-related system
- Providing training for end-users on the application of IT resources
- Launching IT projects and troubleshooting by cooperation with other IT teams
- Liaising with vendors to solve IT hardware/software issues
Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in IT support/Operations function supervision/service delivery/project management in sizable companies
- Familiar with mainstream office IT resource management & support (e.g., network infrastructure/desktop software/telephone & conference system)
- Experience in AD, O365, printing solutions, MS Office applications, Windows OS desktop, etc.
- With project experience/insights in ticketing system migration/IT service standard revamp/Cloud migration is a plus
- Holder of ITIL is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive team player
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
