A Hong Kong Listed Company who owns Commercial Properties is looking for an Assistant Manager to manage their assets.
About the Role
- Develop and implement leasing strategies for the company's portfolio of properties
- Handle leasing inquiries and documents, negotiate lease terms and conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, agents to address their inquiries and concerns
- Represent the company to attend meetings
- Plan, coordinate and oversee renovation projects, repair and maintenance works
The successful applicants
- High Diploma or above in Real Estate, Property Management or other related disciplines
- 5 years or above relevant working experience
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
