About the Role
- Lead a team to oversee daily operation
- Coordinate with internal parties and contractors to ensure their performance meet company's standard
- Maintain good relationship with residents and OC members
- Monitor and assist the budget planning
The successful applicants
- Degree holder in Property Management, Facilities Management or related disciplines
- 6 years or above residential management experience
- Professional Qualification such as CIH, HKIH is an advantage
- Independent, Strategic and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
