About our Client
My client is a Hong Kong Listed Developer who focus on residential, office and retail development. Currently they are looking for an Assistant Technical Manager to manage their shopping mall.
About the Role
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and strategies for the mall
- Lead and manage a team for executing repair and maintenance tasks
- Get involved in tendering procedures for major maintenance / enhancement projects, i.e. preparation of tender document, reviewing tender queries and carrying out tender analysis
- Monitor external service providers' working performance
The successful applicants
- Associate Degree holder or above in Engineering or other related disciplines
- 6 years or above experience in Commercial Maintenance or Project
- Professional Qualification such as REW B0 is a plus
- Strong Leadership, stakeholders management and good communication skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
