About Our Client
Our client is a leading FMCG group dedicated to delivering exceptional products and services to customers. As part of the continuous growth strategy, they are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate BD Director for Australia & New Zealand market. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, conducting financial analysis and feasibility studies.
Responsibility
- Identify and evaluate potential new business opportunities, prepare annual budget and action plans, ensuring alignment with company goals and objective
- Align sales and profit targets with the agreed direction, and develop strategies to achieve market penetration and branding targets.
- Monitor and manage overseas distributors, specifically for Australia & New Zealand markets
- Monitor market trends, gather and report market information to management for informed decision-making.
- Access and analyze market data, competitor activities, and business plans to identify key insights and recommend strategic actions.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of company projects, ensuring effective execution and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in renowned FMCG groups
- Familiar with distributor management across the Australia & New Zealand market
- Strong understanding of market needs and a keen ability to identify growth opportunities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
