My client is a Hong Kong Transportation Company who is looking for a Building Services Engineer to maintain and repair the depots.
About the Role
- Assist the manager to maintain the building facilities and depot
- Formulating maintenance plan, prepare required drawings, corresponding documents and submission
- Monitor the performance of in-house technical staff and maintenance contractors to provide quality service
The successful applicants
- Diploma holder or above in Building Services Engineering or related disciplines
- 3 years' relevant experience or above in repair and maintenance
- Independent, open-minded and good communication skills
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
