Business Analyst

Company: Leading Retail Multinational Corporation

Position: Business Analyst (Must be fluent in English and Cantonese)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify and document requirements for the Global ERP system upgrade.
2. Liaise with various business units and global stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements for the new system.
3. Analyze and interpret data to provide insights that support decision-making for the project.
4. Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the seamless integration of business processes and data within the new system.
5. Participate in system testing and provide feedback on any issues or gaps identified during the testing phase.
6. Prepare and present business cases, requirements specifications, and other documentation related to the project.
7. Assist in the training and rollout of the new system to ensure smooth adoption across the organization.
8. Work closely with project managers to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, ERP systems, or a related field within a retail or similar industry.
3. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and inform business requirements.
4. Fluent in Cantonese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Proficient in using data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, and other relevant technologies.
6. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues effectively.
8. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Additional Considerations:

1. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
2. Experience with data conversion or ETL tools, demonstrating proficiency in data migration and integration.
3. Familiarity with workflow automation tools, such as Power Automate, and the ability to leverage them to improve operational efficiency.
4. Solid knowledge of BI reporting, particularly with Tableau, and the ability to create meaningful and actionable reports.
