About The Client
Our client is a well-established IT company in Hong Kong and they are looking for Technical Business Analyst to join their project team.
Job Description
- Report to the Business Development Lead, responsible for Oracle NetSuite ERP projects' implementation
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate business requirements into functional design to ensure the alignment
- Understand the pain point, design and prioritize the development and integration task
- Liaise with clients to review and update both business process and project progress
- Work closely with development team to review development progress and ensure the project deliverables
- Prepare end-user training and documentation
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in Oracle Cloud ERP implementation and solution design, NetSuite experience is preferred
- Experience in preparing technical requirement specifications and UAT
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, python and reporting tools
- Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
- Good command in English and Chinese, Fluent in both Cantonese and mandarin speaking
