Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in understanding, analyzing, and improving business processes across various functions. They will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless implementation of strategies and projects.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear and actionable specifications for technical teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and inform strategic initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to business processes, requirements, and system configurations.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and post-implementation reviews, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into business analysis and recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in both written and spoken Cantonese, with fluency in Mandarin and English as an added advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and project management methodologies is preferred.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and business environments.
Additional Bonus Points:
- Experience working on ERP projects, particularly in the areas of supply chain logistics, e-commerce, or finance etc..
- Exposure to cross-functional projects and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
