ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for Business Development Consultants in our Singapore office (KOS SG Pte. Ltd) to expand our business across SEA region in different industries. It is a 360 role where you will learn to be a true business partner to your clients.
Continuous development opportunities will be provided depending on the your experience. We will also work together towards your career progression at KOS.
- Formulate and implement appropriate business development initiatives to grow our Singapore market coverage
- Expand your client portfolio with support provided by KOS
- Identify, reach out to and build relationships with potential clients across industries, and prepare proposals and presentations as necessary
- Work with the management team to negotiate terms and conditions with clients
- Arrange client meetings and attend marketing events to promote the KOS brand to clients and candidates
- Gain comprehensive understanding of clients' hiring needs for each position
- Stay active with job boards, social networks, and other platforms
What we look for from the successful applicants:
- Diploma or Degree holder in any discipline
- 0-2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales and/or Recruitment
- Fluency in English
- Sound judgement, communication aptitude as well as commercial acumen
- Strong ethics and a collaborative spirit
- Good learning attitude
