About Our Client
Our client is a leading automotive group in Hong Kong and Macau, they are developing a new product which is a car rental service solution, and looking for a Business Officer who will involve in the product development, sales coordination, administration, customer communication, and report generation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in new product development including but not limited to constructing solutions, sourcing digital tools, liaise with different functional teams, system data update, and administration
- Act as a sales coordinator, liaise with internal teams and customer for sales and after-sales arrangements
- Communicate with customer for sales arrangements, policies and procedures
- Handle administration, documentation, system data updates, and regular report generation
Requirements
- Degree hold in Business Management/ Business Administration/ Information Technology, or in ant discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in sales coordinator/ business development/ product development/ start-ups would be an advantage
- Detailed-oriented, flexible, digitally savvy, sensitive to number
- Proficiency in Excel and Power point
- Proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua, and English
