About The Client
Our client is a well-established global retail group and they are now looking for Business/System Analyst to join the team.
Job Description
- Responsible for Dynamic AX to D365 F&O inventory system integration, synchronize logistics across all facilities and warehouses on APAC region
- Participate in whole project management cycle and vendor management
- Gather and analyse user requirements, and prepare functional specification
- Be the key interface between finance, supply chain users and manage vendor to resolve the technical issues and achieve business needs
- Conduct system testing to ensure system operation efficiency and
- Prepare user guideline and assist in user training when needs
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or Business administration related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ERP system integration and upgrade, preferably working at sizable retail, FMCG or hospitality industry
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX, D365 or F&O is highly preferred
- Proficiency in inventory management (inbound orders, outbound orders, Journal entries...etc.)
- Sound knowledge in SQL and/or X++
- High ability to work with all business level with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-organized, good team player with good documentation skills
- Good command in both English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
