About Our Client
Our client is a private investment company with a significant foothold in China. It has recently expanded its operations to Hong Kong and actively searching for a skilled Butler/Household Manager to provide dedicated assistance with their family affairs.
About The Role
- Provide personalized and exceptional service to the employer and their guests.
- Manage and maintain household operations, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
- Responsible for supervising drivers, domestic helpers and chef on household matters.
- Assist the child's study and all school-related issues.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and stock control of household supplies and groceries.
- Coordinate and oversee household events, including formal dinners, parties, and other social gatherings.
- Manage the family schedules and travel arrangements.
- Handle household budget, property renovation and maintenance.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years as a Butler or in a similar role within a private household or luxury hospitality setting.
- Good attitude, multi-tasking, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver's license and ability to handle various household tasks, including running errands.
- Knowledge of wine service and bartending skills is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English and Mandarin is a must.
- Residence availability will be considered as a big advantage.
