Job Purpose
As the CEO of the organization, the job holder should demonstrate "Tri-sector" leadership capabilities and be dedicated to driving a strong revenue stream for sustainable operations in fulfilling the mission of Dialogue in the Dark (DID), particularly by engaging people of different backgrounds to create social impact.
Job Dimensions
❖ Staff Team: around 40 full-time and 30 part-time staff located in one office.
❖ Annual financial budget of over HK$ 20 million with major business operation serving over 40,000 guests from corporate, education, government and public segments through the operation of an exhibition center and delivery of over 400 experiential workshops and customized
Incumbent Requirements
❖ Degree holder; MBA will be an added advantage.
❖ At least 10 years of work experience in a senior management or leadership role in social enterprises, NGO, and/or business.
❖ Extensive network in commercial, government and NGO sectors, with strategic vision, tactical thinking, political savvy, strong business acumen and the ability for business alignment.
❖ High in work ethics and integrity; previous experience in advocating inclusive workplace as well as leading diverse teams e.g. with visual or hearing impaired employees is much preferred.
❖ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
