Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and develop a comprehensive business strategy, including brand positioning, product assortment, pricing, and marketing.
- Identify potential partnerships, distribution channels, and other strategic opportunities.
- Develop effective procedures, inventory management, and customer service protocols.
- Monitor store performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize operations.
- Provide guidance and training to the service and operation staff seeking to improve their knowledge in Chinese spirits.
- Leverage professional network to promote and expand the business.
- Create standard operating procedures for staff to follow.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the retail or consumer goods industry, with a strong understanding of the Chinese spirits market.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies, managing retail operations, and driving profitability.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with retail best practices, including inventory management, customer service, and digital/e-commerce strategies.
- Knowledge of the Chinese spirits market, including the products information, regulatory requirements, supply chain, and competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
