About the Client
Our client is a reputable hotel group in Asia. To cope with their continuous business growth, they are inviting a Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing to join their office in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group General Manager and working closely with the sales and marketing teams in multi-unit properties in Hong Kong, you will design, develop and deploy business strategies that are effective and impactful that can lead the sales and marketing processes based on the current tourism trends. You will spearhead sales and marketing strategies by working closely with cross functional departments in each property such as catering, rooms, revenue, sales and marketing to deploy strategies towards achieving your hotel's budget and crossover targets. Lastly, this is a pivotal role for the group to continuously grow the overall revenue for the hotel's portfolio in Hong Kong.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum bachelor's degree holder in hospitality, business administration or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 15 years' sales hotel sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years' as a DOSM with an international hotel group
- Adaptive experience with business strategy, business planning and preparing business plans
- Highly professional presentation and communication skills
- Multiple brand experience is highly preferred
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management experience
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a pre-requisite for this role
