About our Client
Our client, a manufacturing MNC listed on SEHK & Nasdaq, is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant Manager to join their team.
About the Role
Preparing corporate documents e.g. annual reports, announcements for the Group
Undertaking Companies House filings and maintaining company books
General company secretarial duties for the Group's on and offshore entities
Assisting in bonds issuing, acquisitions, disposals, and other relevant duties
Preparing and filing Documents relating to directors or shareholders in compliant with the relevant laws and regulations
Providing managerial support to the team
Other ad-hoc duties
The Successful Candidate
Bachelor's degree holder or above in relevant disciplines
5+ years of relevant experience gained from sizable listed companies
Experience in handling offshore entities
Managerial experience is a plus
Excellent English and Chinese
Professional qualification with ICSA/HKICS
