About the Client

Our client is a sizable industry-leading corporation headquartering in Europe. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Compensation & Benefits Manager.

About the role

  • Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs that align with our business strategy and direction
  • Lead a small team to manage the delivery of the end-to-end annual compensation cycle for employees
  • Making sure the competitiveness and compliance of the company's benefits plan
  • Managing the annual renewal of all companywide benefits offered
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as HR business partners, finance, and payroll, to ensure effective collaboration and communication
  • Manage the international assignee process and tax equalization including reviewing tax calculations, coordinating with external tax providers
  • Take lead on the HRIS implementation project

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gain from well-developed and sizable corporation
  • Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with team-leading experience is a plus
