About the Client
Our client is a sizable industry-leading corporation headquartering in Europe. They are now seeking for a high calibre professional to join them as Compensation & Benefits Manager.
About the role
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and programs that align with our business strategy and direction
- Lead a small team to manage the delivery of the end-to-end annual compensation cycle for employees
- Making sure the competitiveness and compliance of the company's benefits plan
- Managing the annual renewal of all companywide benefits offered
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, such as HR business partners, finance, and payroll, to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Manage the international assignee process and tax equalization including reviewing tax calculations, coordinating with external tax providers
- Take lead on the HRIS implementation project
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience gain from well-developed and sizable corporation
- Numerically sensitive and strong attention to details
- Excellent communication, influencing and analytical skills is needed
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with team-leading experience is a plus
