Our client is a well sought after and differentiated healthcare consumer brand in Hong Kong. In response to their business expansion, a new opportunity now exists for a senior calibre to join their management team as COO.
Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Executive Director, you will spearhead the key functions in the business across retail management, manufacturing, logistics, marketing (online and offline), business development, finance and e-Commerce. You will lead the growth strategy to lift the business to next level by creating new opportunities in both online and offline channels, you will lead the product strategy, pricing structure, and services offerings to tap into a new market segment too. Having a strong corporate background, you will recommend best practices to each team in different offices to improve the operational efficiency and ROI.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Management, Marketing and other related disciplines
- 15+ years general management experience from retail
- Proven experience in long term business planning and execution
- Agile and hands on in leading sizeable / small teams in different cities
- Passionate and strong belief in healthcare and pharmaceutical products
- Visionary, exceptional problem solving and decision making skills
- Inspirational leader and able to work with different generations
- Fluent in English, Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
