About Our Client
Our client is a leading producer and distributor of FMCG in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Sales Manager who has strong corporate sales experience with at least 2 years of team leading experience. This Sales Manager would be responsible for leading a sales team, formulate and implement strategies to achieve the business target, manage account and business development.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a Sales Team to achieve business target
- Formulate and implement strategies to achieve sales target
- Motivate team members to achieve business benchmark
- Develop and maintain a long-lasting relationship with both existing and new corporate customers
- Provide effective account management, identify potential new customers and follow up sales leads
- Prepare sales reports and regular analysis of market information
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any discipline
- At least 8 years of corporate sales experience, with at least 2 years of team leading experience
- Experience in FMCG would be an advantage
- Experience in corporate account conversion would be an advantage
- Good relations and connection with potential clients network
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office application, especially Excel, Word & PowerPoint, and Chinese Processing
