Job responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints at the office
- Respond to emails, proceed, and follow up on customers' requests
- Developing and managing relationships with customers and distributors
- Promote company products, translate the uniqueness of the product to customers
- Liaise with the sales team and logistics department to make sure the pre-sales & after-sales process is smooth
Job requirements:
- Welcome undergraduates of any discipline
- Experience in Customer Service / Call Centers is an advantage
- Strong customer service mind and good communication/problem-solving skills
- Willing to work under pressure, multi-tasking is expected
- Knowledge of SAP implementation is preferred
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua, both spoken and written
