About our Client
Our client is a prestigious private club with business portfolio span across Europe and Asia and renowned for provision of luxury hospitality services to their exclusive members and families. They would like to invite a Director of Food & Beverage to join their pre-opening team in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director Food & Beverage is responsible for managing the food and beverage business for the private club. You will oversee the food and beverage division and responsible for implementing business strategies to improve operational workflow and to achieve business goals. Besides financial responsibilities and business management, you will be providing regular training for your team to uplift performance and service standards to improve overall guest experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years' working experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally gained from an international 5-star hotel group and/or fine dining restaurants, with 3 years' at a managerial position
- Passionate, charismatic with strong attention to detail
- Strong leadership and influential skills is also required for this position
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is a pre-requisite for this role
