Our client is a listed conglomerate with sound presence in the hospitality industry for many decades. To cope with their business expansion plan, they would like to invite a Director of Food & Beverage to drive the business for a new prestigious club in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager, the Food & Beverage Director is responsible for driving the food and beverage business in a luxury property in Hong Kong. You will oversee the food and beverage division and responsible for implementing creative business strategies to improve operational workflow and to achieve business goals. Besides financial responsibilities and business management, you will be providing regular training for your team to uplift performance and service standards to improve overall guest experience.
Requirements
The qualified incumbent will have a minimum of 8 years' working experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally gained from an international 5-star hotel group, with 3 years' in a management position. You must possess a strong entrepreneurial mind-set and someone who can create innovative business ideas to drive a business. Strong leadership and influential skills is also required for this position. Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
