About our client
Our client is one of the F&B service providers in Hong Kong, we are looking for a creative and experienced Executive Chef (western cuisine) for their client.
About the role
- Oversee and supervise the daily kitchen's operations
- Responsible for the menu planning and development, planning and creating a large variety of excellent menu design
- Provide create ideas and drive the change to meet client's expectations and satisfaction
- Accountable for the food cost management
- Manage the chef team and ensure to meet the serving standard
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of senior chef experience, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
- Passionate in the food industry, good knowledge of the latest market trends
- Experience with catering/ banquet/ large-scale food production preferred
- Creative, strong sense of ownership with a positive working attitude
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience in managing and training junior team members
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Outlook & Excel
- Good communication skills with good command of both Chinese and English
