About the role
We are currently seeking a Director of F&B talent with a comprehensive set of skills, dynamic personality, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As a DOFB of the hotel, your responsibilities include managing and overseeing daily operations, P&L management, leading changes in response to industry trends, supervising F&B staff, ensuring food safety standards, monitoring team performance, and overseeing events. These responsibilities require a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The ideal candidate should possess a great deal of energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude, and exhibit a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
About you
- Minimum of 10 years of working experience in a sizable luxury hotel brands with international exposure
- Entrepreneurial, motivational, dynamic personality
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with demonstrable managerial abilities in people management and strategic planning
- Possess Hotel Management graduate programs with BHM/ MHM is a plus
