About our Client
An International Fashion Brand is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join their team and manage their stores' facilities in normal condition.
About the Role
- Provide facilities and maintenance service for all stores in Hong Kong & Macau
- Respond to repair requests from retails teams
- Visit stores regularly to understanding store conditions for planning maintenance
- Assist in tendering procedures for maintenance projects, i.e. preparation of tender document
- Monitor performance of contractors to ensure their deliveries match with company standard
The successful applicants
- Diploma holder or above in Facilities Management or related disciplines
- 2 years' or above experience, prefer from brands side
- Passionate, good communication skills, friendly
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
