About the Role:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
- Support budget management and monitor cash flow
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making
- Lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance and mentorship
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a multinational company
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
