Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and execute trades based on both technical and fundamental analysis.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cryptocurrency market, including emerging technologies and trends.
- Manage a portfolio of cryptocurrencies, making both long and short positions based on market conditions and internal research.
- Work closely with the team to identify new trading opportunities and contribute to the development of the firm's overall trading strategy.
- Monitor and adjust trading positions to manage risk and maximize returns.
- Collaborate with the risk management team to ensure adherence to risk parameters and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare regular trading reports and analyses for senior management and clients.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new trading tools and technologies to enhance trading strategies.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in trading, with a proven track record in the cryptocurrency markets.
- Strong understanding of technical analysis, including chart patterns, indicators, and trading tools.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements, market data, and economic trends.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong risk management skills and understanding of regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Fluent in English & Chinese, with additional language skills a plus.
