Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure long-term and sustainable operation of the hotel and asset appreciation
  • Develop and implement overall strategic plans for the hotel to achieve operational goals
  • Supervise and lead the team to operate in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Organize and coordinate the work of various departments within the hotel to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
  • Responsible for hotel financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management
  • Manage hotel human resources, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and employee development
  • Manage and maintain hotel facilities and equipment to ensure the safety and appreciation of hotel assets
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with owners, management, and external partners
  • Monitor market trends and adjust hotel business strategies in response to market changes
  • Represent the hotel in various activities and conferences to enhance the hotel's brand image

Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the corporate culture and company policies of the owners, familiar with their rules, responsibilities, and processes, to effectively guide the daily operation of the project
  • Familiar with hotel apartment market operations, operational management, quality control, and possess keen insight into industry trends
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in hotel operations, including at least 2 years of experience in executive positions in standalone hotels, with relevant experience in owner companies. International hotel experience is preferred
  • Degree in hotel management, tourism management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with brand operation processes and brand management standards of management companies, with excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Strong financial knowledge and budget control abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills, able to build good relationships with various partners
  • Possess keen market insight and innovation abilities, able to adjust business strategies promptly to adapt to market changes
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluent Cantonese
