About the Client

Our client is one of the luxury private member clubs in a 5-stars hotel property. This position will report to the Managing Director and manage the overall operation of six departments. We are looking for a hospitality professional who is dedicated to excellence, innovation, and result-oriental.

About the Role

  • Develops and implements the agreed annual budget and business plan, and makes recommendations for capital improvements to enhance the assets of the Club
  • Monitors the financial performance and operational plans of the Club to support the agreed overall objectives
  • Maximises room revenues and profits by anticipating and planning for shifts in the overall markets and our members' demographic. Ensure the revenue management efforts to maximize revenue generation, RevPAR, and occupancy levels
  • Maximises food and beverage revenues by ensuring optimal use of private event/outlet space and providing a one-of-a-kind dining experience for our members
  • Provides regular and ad-hoc information and status reports to the corporate team as requested on the financial and operational performance of the Club against the plan
  • Acting as spokesperson of the Club on all related issues

Requirements

  • Professional appearance and is always well-groomed
  • Degree holder or operational experience
  • At least 10 years of experience in hospitality, working for operational management experience preferably in a luxury setting
  • A strong understanding of hotel/club operations and administration including budgeting, forecasting, human resources, sales, pricing, revenue management, and marketing
  • Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex activities and/or information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
  • Creative thinking, integrity, and excellent communication skills in the English language (spoken and written)
  • Service orientation, teamwork, understanding, and conflict management
