Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients visiting the boutique
- Greet clients and ensure they have a comfortable waiting experience by offering drinks, showing catalogs, and providing estimated waiting time
- Well-versed in the brand history, values and products to effectively represent the brand to customers
- Collect client inquiries and provide information on product availability
- Direct clients to the right person once they become available
- Provide personalized experience and professional recommendation to customer by understanding their needs and preferences
- Assist in boutique's daily operation
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferable; Fresh graduated will also be considered;
- Experience in the luxury retail industry is an advantage
- Customer-oriented, action-oriented, and well-organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday
- Immediate availability is preferable

- 9 hours per shift
