About the company
Our client is a fast-growing retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their recent expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join them as a Head of Business Banking Product & Digital Business.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Banking, you will be responsible for leading a team in formulating and monitoring business banking product and digital sales to achieve business target. Focusing on product development in digital channels, you are required to establish the banking ecosystem and develop product plans for business banking segment aiming at increasing client acquisition, product penetration and cross selling opportunities. In addition, you will be in-charge of the P&L of business, managing new digital product initiatives, system enhancement projects and related product compliance issues to enhance business effectiveness.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of business banking product experience with sound knowledge in driving digital sales is a must.
- Good knowledge in formulating digital product solutions for business banking clients.
- Multi-tasking, good project skills and strong people management.
- Proficient in written and spoken Chinese, Mandarin and English.
