About our Client
Our client is a well-established private manufacturing company. Currently, they are looking for a Head of Finance for their corporate office in Hong Kong.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, you will prepare and consolidate financial statements across entities. You will be responsible for preparing monthly/quarterly financial reports together with department heads for management review. You will communicate insights on company financials with management in a timely & accurate manner with inputs from department heads. You will provide analysis support for business case evaluation. You will oversee, monitor & plan the company's overall cash/capital positions, and flag any potential issues and opportunities with management. You will maintain relationship with banks and manage the portfolio of treasury products. You will establish financial policies and strengthen internal control. You will work closely with external parties on tax, legal and audit matters.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor degree holder in Accounting, Finance or equivalent
- Professional qualification such as HKICPA, ACCA, CMA or equivalent
- At least 15 years of relevant accounting and finance experience (including treasury)
- Track record of driving changes in sizable manufacturers is preferred
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership
- Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Occasional travel is required
