Our client is a well-established retail banking group in Hong Kong. With their continuous expansion, they are now looking for high caliber to join their Retail Loans product team.
About the role
Reporting to the Dept Head of Retail Loans, you are responsible for leading a team in developing overall business plans for Retail Loans products. You are requested to formulate strategies on product development, marketing, sales target and business analysis in achieving loans targets. You will manage product development from product pricing, features, product compliance to customer journey design to maximize business profits. In addition, you will participate in digital and system enhancement projects to achieve operation efficiency and business growth.
The successful applicant
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- University Graduate in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in managing Unsecured Loans, Mortgage and / or Secured Lending products in retail banks.
- Excellent product knowledge and sound project management skills.
- Strategic mind, good business sense and strong leadership.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Manager position.
