About the Role
Reporting to the Corporate Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing, you will manage the day to day operations of the sales department and ensure financial budgets and goals are met. You will implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve greater profitability through membership sales, increasing average rate, overall occupancy, food and beverage business and increased business volume. Additionally, you are responsible for managing and training a sales team to deliver specific sales and marketing projects.
Requirements
- Degree holder in business, sales & marketing, hospitality or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years' sales and marketing experience working in a luxury hotel with a minimum of 3 years' leading a team
- Proactive, result-driven, self-motivated and creative
- Excellent communication, influential and interpersonal skills
- Native English speaker
