About our client
Our client is a well-established and international retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion plan, they are now looking for high caliber for a Head of Segment Management position for their Customer Management team.
About the role
Reporting to the Head of Customer Management, you will lead segment team in developing overall customer acquisition, retention and promotion strategies for driving local and cross border customer segments (including mass, young, affluent and private banking) from various banking channels (online, offline and branch). You are responsible for planning, formulating and evaluating business models to drive segment revenue and P&L as well as to increase brand positioning. Working closely with product owners, you will develop tactical business plans to package product offer to grow customer loyalty and upgrade customer engagement. You are also required to explore digital development trend and generate new ideas in digital customer experience to maximize business opportunities.
The successful candidate
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 years' of experience in Segment Management (segment owner) in retail banking industry with over 6 years in managerial level.
- Solid in managing all-rounded segment strategy with good knowledge in developing private banking segment is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and excellent project management skills.
- Sound business sense, excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
