Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the entire HR administration process, including contract preparation, onboarding, payroll management, MPF and taxation procedures, employee benefits, performance appraisals, and communication with insurance brokers
- Maintain and update the HR system database, ensuring accurate and current employee profiles
- Establish and maintain a well-organized and systematic personnel filing system
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, onboarding arrangements, employment visa procedures, and exit administration
- Handle visa applications, extensions, and relocation processes for expatriate employees.
- Prepare regular HR reports and correspondence for management, providing relevant and timely information.
- Coordinate training activities, including enrollment, record-keeping, and logistics
- Support employee engagement events and activities, such as organizing the annual Christmas Party
- Support and handle other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Human Resources or a similar role
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
- Immediate availability is preferable
