About our Client
Our client is a marketing company with global business footprint across Hong Kong, South East Asia, Europe, US and Canada. They are looking for an agile HRBP to take care of designated business units and support employee engagement initiatives.
About the Role
- Provide HR services to the business units across global including recruitment, succession planning, rewards, performance management and talent management
- Work closely with the senior management for implementing HR initiatives including manpower planning and recruitment strategies
- Support end-to-end execution and co-ordination of talent management process and talent development framework to strengthen the talent pipeline and succession planning
- Organise all-kind of employee engagement activities such as townhall, annual dinner and christmas party
- Co-ordinate, plan and produce internal communications to and deliver successful communications to the target audience
- Provide HR advisory based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated departments
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Candidate
- Degree holder in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With 8+ years of experience on HRBP or account servicing, ideally from retail and marketing services companies
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Good stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong written and spoken language skills in English and Chinese
