About the Client
Our client is a well-established MNC with a strong track of success within retail sector. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate and strategic talent to join them as the Human Resources Business Partner.
About the role
- Partner with the management team of the Retail business unit, supporting strategic plans and developing the Retail specific people plan; positively challenging business plans from a people perspective
- Delivering HR solutions to drive performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, talent retention and communication
- Coaching and consulting with the Retail management team on an ongoing basis on issues affecting morale, performance, reward, retention, development and organisation effectiveness, seeking to determine root causes and recommending/implementing appropriate next steps
- Efficiently using business insights to drive change in people management practices. Analysis of trends and metrics to develop solutions, programmes and policy
- Manage and seek to resolve complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations in partnership with centre of excellence
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years working experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Ability to work at pace and in an ever-changing environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with people at all levels
- A passion and demonstrable experience in creating credible and innovative people solutions that are tailored and localised
- Agile mentality - able to innovate, test, learn and adapt
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
