About the Client
We are representing a reputable FMCG brand. They are looking for a HR Manager to support all-round HR matters.
About the Role
- Directly report to Group Human Resources Director
- Provide full spectrum of HR service including but not limited to talent acquisition, total rewards, training & development and staff engagement
- Work closely with business heads on manpower planning and staff cost budgeting
- Handle C&B operation such as payroll and benefits administration
- Support C&B annual exercises such as salary & bonus review, salary survey & benchmarking and performance management
- Participate in HRIS integration project and HR policy review, enhance the company HR services in order to drive employee's satisfaction
- Assist in any related HR projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HR generalist experience, ideally from FMCG industry
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Hands-on, able to multi-task and work independently
- Well-versed on local labour ordinances and employment legislation
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
