About the Client
Our client is a well-developed MNC in the Manufacturing sector . They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate individual to join them as the Talent Acquisition Manager.
About the role
- Act as a business partner, work with line managers on people solution in talent acquisition, performance management and employee engagement
- Design recruitment approaches/media and content of job information
- Source and screen candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Handle staff issues and provide counselling as and when necessary
- Handle staff re-deployment and retention programs
- Participate in ad hoc projects or assignments as required
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years recruitment / talent acquisition experience gained in sizeable organizations
- Familiar with human resources practice and well-versed in employment ordinance
- Good interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
