Job Description
Responsibilities
* Pair with Relationship Managers (RMs) within a district to provide professional insurance planning services and pre-sales information
* Develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies for wealth management with Branch/ District Managers
* Implement sales initiatives to drive district insurance sales performance
* Provide training to frontline sales staff on insurance product knowledge, market updates and selling skills
* Ensure compliance requirements are strictly observed and followed
Requirements
* University degree
* Qualifications in IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3
* Strong sales, analytical and interpersonal skills
* Understanding of client needs and a role model in being responsive
* Language Proficiency : Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
