Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research: Conduct comprehensive market and industry analysis to uncover promising investment prospects.
2. Fundamental Analysis: Execute in-depth fundamental analysis encompassing sector trends, competitive analysis, value chain assessments, and financial modeling.
3. Memoranda Preparation: Develop investment memoranda that articulate and support investment propositions.
4. Due Diligence and Execution: Engage in thorough due diligence processes, including the review of legal documentation, deal structuring, and negotiation strategies.
5. Portfolio Management: Oversee and actively participate in the ongoing management and enhancement of our portfolio companies.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant buyside experience within premier USD private equity, growth equity, or venture capital firms, with a focus on the technology sector.
2. Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated intellectual rigor and a strong foundation in fundamental analysis, financial modeling, and valuation methodologies.
3. Communication: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly present and defend investment theses.
4. Problem-Solving: Adept at analytical thinking and possesses robust problem-solving capabilities.
5. Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Science, Engineering, or a related technical field from a reputable institution.
6. Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and Chinese is mandatory.
