Our client is a well-known conglomerate in Hong Kong that develop EdTech and they are looking for Business Analyst to join their project team.
Job Description
- Responsible for eShop, CRM, web and mobile application development and integration projects
- Gather and analyse user requirement, and translate into functional design to achieve business goals
- Prepare technical specification, requirement alignment, initiate meeting with users, UAT and post-launch support
- Work closely with internal project team, development team and vendors to keep track on progress and resolve technical problems
- Prepare project documentation and provide user support when needs
Qualifications:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, IT or Business Administration related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis with solid implementation experience of digital applications
- Proficient in digitalizing and enhancing user experience of B2C applications
- Familiar with whole SDLC and system integration design
- Skills in using SQL/MSSQL, Jira/Confluence as project management tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin speaking)
