IT Business Analyst
Company: Well-known Retail MNC
Key Responsibilities:
- System Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement business systems and applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for global company's business applications.
- Monitor implementation progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation plans.
- ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) :
- Design and execute ETL processes to facilitate data integration and reporting.
- Optimize ETL performance to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
- Ensure data quality through validation and quality assurance checks.
- Global Applications:
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand and support global business applications.
- Provide business analysis and recommendations for global system improvements.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a related role.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin for effective communication across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
- Knowledge of SQL, data modeling, Microsoft 365 applications and BI tools.
- Experience with system integration (i.e. EDI, API) is preferred
- Experience in the retail industry or a similar environment would be an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
