Our client is a global FMCG and to cope with business expansion, they are looking for Business Analyst/Assistant Manager to join their team.
Job Description
- Assist Senior/Project Manager on system implementation and integration projects for APAC region
- Responsible for end-to-end project delivery from defining the scope, milestone to executing project plan
- Gather and analyse users' requirement, and translate into function design and solutions
- Work with internal development team, global business users and manage vendors to ensure the deliverable quality
- Carry out system testing, support and configuration
- Prepare user training to enable the user to operate the system appropriately
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 3 year' working experience as an IT business analyst and/or project management focus
- Solid experience working with SAP system (SAP S/4 HANA, ECC or Ariba)
- Knowledge in FICO/SD&MM modules
- Ability to effectively capture requirements and facilitate sessions with business stakeholders
- Ability to work individually under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Willing to learn and self-motivated
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (include Mandarin speaking)
