Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the Group's IT Systems and IT Service.
- Deliver well organized IT infrastructure to deliver robust operation among business units, central warehouse, satellite offices and corporate office.
- Review internal business and IT operation processes to meet industry's best practices.
- Design, develop and perform project implementation of various software applications, system integration and enhancement of back-end systems.
- Prepare IT budget and management of all IT-related resources to ensure IT project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve the organization goals or needs.
- Ensure newly deployed systems and security appliance are secure and comply to company's standards.
- Examine impacts of new technologies on company's overall information security.
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science or other related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of working experience with at least 5 years in IT management
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain and logistics Industry is preferred
- Solid experience in managing all aspects of IT developments & operations, includes digital transformation strategies, IT strategies, and all other organizational and functional strategies planning.
- Maintain IT infrastructure among business units.
- Knowledge in Cloud platforms/ Business Intelligence/ CRM / ERP / Web/ Mobile app development.
- Holder of ITIL or PMP certification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and project management skills Strong leadership, people management and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Business travel may be required.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English, with Putonghua is an advantage.
